The Reality of Ministry Today
Pastors Are Carrying More Than Ever
Ministry in Canada is under real pressure. Religious affiliation has declined sharply over the past decade, attendance is harder to sustain, and pastors are serving congregations that need more of them — while receiving less support. The numbers tell the story honestly.
